Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls

Warm, fluffy, and swirled with buttery cinnamon sugar, these air fryer cinnamon rolls are the kind of treat that makes a crisp fall morning feel instantly comforting. With a quick yogurt-based dough and a simple cream cheese glaze, they come together fast — no rising time, no oven, just pure autumn coziness.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour (plus extra for rolling)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp granulated sugar
8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Cooking spray for greasing
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1 Make the dough. In a large bowl, mix flour, yogurt, and granulated sugar until a soft dough forms.
2 Knead. Transfer to a floured surface and knead gently for 3–5 minutes until smooth and pliable.
3 Roll it out. Dust again with flour and roll into a 12×16-inch rectangle.
4 Prepare filling. Stir together butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until creamy.
5 Spread & roll. Spread filling evenly to the edges. Roll tightly from the short side.
6 Cut. Trim uneven ends and slice into 7 equal pieces.
7 Air fry. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 7-inch baking dish and arrange rolls inside. Cook 7–10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
8 Make glaze. Whisk powdered sugar, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
9 Finish. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
