Fall arrives with a familiar shift — cooler mornings, golden light, and that irresistible craving for something warm, spiced, and comforting. While cafés everywhere roll out their seasonal menus, there’s something deeply satisfying about making your own Pumpkin Spice Latte at home. It’s simple, aromatic, and fills your kitchen with the scent of autumn.
Ingredients
1 cup milk (any kind)
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1–2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
Optional
whipped cream & extra cinnamon
Instructions
1. Warm the base in a small saucepan, heat milk, pumpkin purée, sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla over medium heat until steaming.
2. Blend for creaminess, whisk vigorously or use a frother to make the mixture smooth and slightly foamy.
3. Add the coffee. Pour the espresso or strong coffee into a mug, then add the pumpkin‑milk mixture.
4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for that classic fall touch.
