Louis Vuitton moves in sync with global culture once again, unveiling the LV Buttersoft sneaker—created by Pharrell Williams in collaboration with J-Hope.
Originally designed as a custom pair for J-Hope ahead of the BTS World Tour “Arirang,” the sneaker carries the energy of performance into luxury. Its silhouette blends the lightness of track footwear with the precision of Italian craftsmanship, finished in a soft rose-and-white palette that reflects the artist’s bright identity.

Details remain intimate: woven laces with a monogram tag, tips inscribed “Your, My Hope,” and subtle references to Louis Vuitton heritage—from trunk-inspired leather patches to a reworked label inspired by the Speedy P9 bag. A hidden squirrel-and-acorn charm adds a final, playful signature.
Launched first in South Korea, with a global release set for April 30, the Buttersoft isn’t just a sneaker—it’s a quiet statement of soft power, where identity, movement, and luxury meet.
